Rick Hocker

After attending elementary school and middle school in Lebanon - my family moved during my freshman year to Richmondale, Ohio.

I married in 1981 and entered the ministry shortly thereafter as a music and youth director. In 1989 we assumed the lead pastorate of a church in Virginia Beach. It's a pretty exciting, edgy community of believers now known as Freedom Fellowship.
Our daughter (Felicia Barton) is an amazing vocalist who you may have seen on American Idol during season 8 .
Our son is our associate pastor and is a wrestling coach and MMA fighter.

We have an awesome grandson "Malachi". I love being a grandfather!!!!
