AMY'S OBITUARY

Amy Lynn Chamberlin-Combs was born January 5th, 1961. She went to be with the Heavenly Father on April 2nd, 2024 with her family and friends by her side.

Amy was born and raised in Lebanon, Ohio. She attended Lebanon High School where she graduated and went on to study education at Xavier University. She then continued her education at Harvard and won the Greater Cincinnati Teachers of Excellence Award. Amy was also an active member of New Freedom church here in Lebanon. She was loved by so many generations in her community. She spent several years teaching at Lebanon City Schools where she gained so many lifelong friendships and families through the children who loved her. More recently, she was a Parent Mentor for Lebanon City Schools, advocating for and assisting families who needed her strong spirit to guide them. She had a way of making people see things her way and everyone loved her for it. She was someone everyone wanted on their side because she fought so fervently for the people she loved and the things she believed in.

 Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Marilyn Chamberlin. Amy is survived by her loving and loyal husband, Mark Combs; Daughters Memory (Cheikh) Combs, Megan (Tara) Lindsey-Combs, Morgan (Corbin) McGuire, and Marlee (Ashton) Combs; Sons Mark (Tori) Combs, Max Combs, Mason (Stephanie) Combs, and Tuder (Brinna) Staton; Grandkids Braden, Gabriel, Barrett, and Juliana; Her brother Randy (Paula) Chamberlin; Niece Caitlin Chamberlin; and Nephew Austin Chamberlin; and many cousins and close friends.

Visitation, Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 4 PM- 6 PM with a service immediately following at 6 PM, all at the New Freedom Church, Lebanon.  Pastor Joe Shutts to officiate.   There will be a private burial for close friends and family.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the New Freedom Church.
