Tammy Kay Hicks, 57 of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at the Lake Shore Hospital in Lake City.  She was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Victor Keith Hicks, Sr. and Marilyn Marie Rohrer Hicks.  Tammy was a graduate of Lebanon High School class of 1979 and she attended the Lake City Community College from 1994-1996 where she received her nursing degree.  She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and had made Lake City her home since 1987. 

Tammy was a devoted mother, grandmother and best friend to everyone.  She was very funny, stubborn in a good way and would do anything for anyone.  Tammy enjoyed camping, cars & hot rods, amusement parks, star gazing, going to the beach and watching sunsets at the beach.  She liked southern rock, riding motorcycles, going on adventures, cooking and was an avid Pokeman Go fanatic.  Tammy loved animals and would rescue those in need, she was a very forgiving person and people person and was  a little league cheerleading coach with her sister.

Survivors include her children, Joel Bruce “Weasel” Williamson, Jr. , Timothy Jarrod “T.J.” Williamson, Sr., Brian Shane “Tubbz”  Williamson and Megan Victoria “Meggie Moo” Mathis; one brother, Victor K. Hicks, II; sister Terri L. Hicks; nieces, Martha Hicks Brady and Jodi Lynn Roberts; nephews, Keith Hicks and Vinnie Corrao; best friend, Caroline Iserne; and seven grandchildren, Austin Williamson, Taylor Williamson, Airel Williamson, Kyle Williamson, Timothy Jarrod “Bubbers” Williams, Kayle Rose Williamson and Nixton Jarrod Leigh Williamson.

A memorial service will be conducted on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel with Skipper Hair officiating.
