Obituaries Karen C. Diaz (June 19, 1962 - October 26, 2010) Diaz, Karen C. (nee: McIntosh), 48, of South Lebanon, OH died Tuesday October 26, 2010. Born June 19, 1962 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Ivan and Imogene (nee: Collins) McIntosh. She was a 1979 graduate of Lebanon High School and volunteered at the Countryside YMCA, several local MS events, and working the election polls. Survivors include her parents, her husband Rei Diaz, two sons Joshua Relliford of Lebanon and Caleb Relliford of South Lebanon, one brother, Kenneth McIntosh of Pleasant Plain, and one sister, Amanda Griffith of Lebanon. Visitation, Friday October 29, 2010 from 6-8pm. Funeral service, Saturday October 30, 2010 at 10am all at Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Reverend Floyd Glick officiating.
